FRED. OLSEN Cruise Transfers
For Fred. Olsen cruise passengers joining from the North West region, Battersby Silver Grey Coaches operate a direct service on the day of each Balmoral, Boudicca, Black Watch and Braemar departure to Dover, Southampton or Portsmouth. A return service will also be available on the day of arrival into the port at the end of each cruise.
Please note that charges are irrespective of whether an adult, child or infant occupies the seat. Although exact timings are subject to final confirmation, the coaches are scheduled to depart in sufficient time to enable a comfortable journey and check-in.

NB. This service will be subject to minimum numbers and Fred. Olsen reserves the right to withdraw the service at 28 days prior to the outbound departure date if it is deemed necessary.
Terms & Conditions of Booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation notification is required in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
Prior to 28 Days before Departure a full refund will be given, an administration charge will be levied at £5 per person each way and deducted from refund of monies paid.
28 Days to 0 Days to Departure a 100% Cancellation Charge.
There is no limit to the number of suitcases per person, however, please ensure individual suitcases weigh no more than 20kg (full). Because of Health & Safety regulations and in the interests of employees and agents, we ask clients to strictly observe this weight limitation, you may be asked to lift/carry your own luggage if your suitcases are overweight.
All our vehicles operate a no smoking policy.
Convenient comfort stops are made on route at the discretion of the driver and we are unable to issue exact details regarding these stops.
